Danielle's first book, Bone Key Elegies, was a finalist for Main Street Rag's poetry award in 2009. Her poems have appeared or are forthcoming in Cimarron Review, River Styx, Subtropic, 32 Poems, Cold Mountain Review, and many other journals and anthologies. She holds an MA from The Writing Seminars at Johns Hopkins University and an MFA from Ole Miss. She’s currently a lecturer of poetry and
composition at the University of Mississippi. She edits The Country Dog Review and lives in
Oxford, Mississippi with her toddler, three dogs, and six cats.
